We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders for USA, Canada, EU, and UK customers are fulfilled through supported local or regional fulfillment routes. Switzerland orders may be fulfilled through a supported international route. Depending on the destination and shipment route, import taxes, customs duties, or carrier fees may apply in certain cases according to local law. If you receive an unexpected customs or tax charge, please contact us and we will review the situation.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

A. Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM local time on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

B. Processing Time (Handling)

All items are printed on demand to ensure quality and sustainability.

Handling Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Mon–Fri)

C. Transit Time (Shipping)

Once shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • USA: 3 to 6 business days
  • Canada: 2 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2 to 8 business days
  • Europe: 2 to 8 business days
  • Switzerland: 2 to 8 business days
  • Denmark: 2 to 8 business days
  • Sweden: 2 to 8 business days

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, destination constraints, weather events, or peak seasonal periods.

Handling time applies Monday through Friday. Transit time applies Monday through Saturday, depending on the carrier and destination.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked "Delivered" but missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at contact@poppawwear.com.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Packages returned to sender due to address errors may be subject to a reshipping fee.
