🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is always free — no minimum order, no conditions. What you see at checkout is what you pay, period.
Every t-shirt is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Here's what to expect:
- Production: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order
- Delivery: varies depending on your location (see estimated transit times below)
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe (main countries), and Switzerland. Delivery times and local customs policies may vary by country — orders that cross a border such as Switzerland may occasionally go through customs clearance, which can add a few extra days.
Not at all. Every order is printed and shipped from a fulfillment center local to your region — from Europe for EU and Swiss customers (DDP: meaning no custom fees added), from the US, Canada, or UK for customers in those countries. Shorter distances, faster delivery, and no surprise customs fees for most orders.
📏 Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with exact measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart.
Yes, our t-shirts are unisex with a relaxed straight fit that works for all body types. Women who prefer a fitted look typically size down one size.
Our tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, which may have a very slight natural shrinkage after the first wash. To keep your tee looking its best, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
🐾 Quality & Materials
Our t-shirts are made from 100% ring-spun cotton — a fabric that's noticeably softer, stronger, and more breathable than standard cotton. The ring-spinning process aligns the fibers more tightly, which gives the shirt a smoother feel and better durability wear after wear.
We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, which injects the ink directly into the fabric fibers: built to last. Wash inside out in cold water to keep colors vibrant as long as possible.
We do everything we can to make our product photos as accurate as possible. Slight color variations can occur depending on your screen's brightness and calibration — this is normal and applies to all online shopping. If something looks really off when your order arrives, just reach out and we'll make it right.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because every t-shirt is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to check our size guide carefully before ordering.
However, if there is a printing defect, a quality issue, or we made an error on your order, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
That's on us and we'll fix it immediately. Send us a photo of the issue at contact@poppawwear.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Start by checking your tracking link — sometimes packages are marked as delivered a day before they physically arrive. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will sort it out right away.
💳 Orders & Payment
Yes, completely. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the world's leading e-commerce platforms, protected by bank-level SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
We start production quickly, so there is only a short window to make changes. Contact us at contact@poppawwear.com as soon as possible after placing your order. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price, shipping included. For orders that cross a border such as Switzerland (coming from Europe), custom fees are already included (DDP) at checkout.
