We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Contact us at contact@poppawwear.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos, if applicable (for defective, damaged, or incorrect items)
Important: Returns must be approved before anything is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Good news: Pop & Paw Wear covers return shipping costs for approved returns, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.
You can choose between:
- A free replacement, shipped as soon as possible
- A full refund, including the original shipping cost where applicable
For these cases, Pop & Paw Wear covers all reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Size & Fit Issues
We know sizing can be tricky. If you selected the wrong size or have a fit preference issue, we review each request individually.
- We may offer a discounted replacement or store credit
- We can provide a size recommendation for your next order
- If a return is approved, return shipping is covered according to this policy

Return Eligibility
Because each item is made to order, we review return requests individually, especially in cases involving:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Fit, color, or style preference
- Ordering the wrong item by mistake
There are no final sale items, but some requests may still be handled through store credit, replacement, or another suitable resolution depending on the case.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days under applicable consumer law.
Important exception: this right may not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized, except where required by law.
As our items are made to order, the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply where the relevant legal exception applies.
This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Refunds
Once your request is approved and, where applicable, the item has been received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges for customer preference, including size-related issues.
If you selected the wrong size or item, please place a new order and contact us — we may offer a discount code, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a free replacement or a refund.
