All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments using SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location:

Taxes & Duties

All displayed prices are final. No additional taxes or duties are added at checkout.

  • USA: Prices include all applicable charges. No import duties apply — products are fulfilled locally within the United States.
  • Canada: Prices include all applicable charges. Products are fulfilled locally within Canada — no import duties apply.
  • European Union: Prices include local VAT. Products are fulfilled within the EU — no import duties apply.
  • United Kingdom: Prices include UK VAT. Products are fulfilled within the UK — no import duties apply.
  • Sweden & Denmark: Prices include local VAT at the applicable rate.
  • Switzerland: Prices include Swiss VAT. Products ship from EU fulfillment centers with all duties paid (DDP) — no surprise fees at delivery.

Our No-Surprise Guarantee
We work hard to ensure that no unexpected taxes or duties reach you at delivery. However, if you ever receive an unexpected customs or tax charge related to your Pop & Paw Wear order, contact us at contact@poppawwear.com and we will resolve it for you.

When Am I Charged?

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order, once it is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. Due to rapid production process, cancellations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.

Secure Shopping

All payments are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Pop & Paw Wear never stores your full card details. Shopify Payments is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard in the payment industry.

Order Processing Time

All orders are produced on demand and typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery dates by country.
